All units we carry are genuine products sourced through authorised supply channels. Each item comes with its manufacturer's official warranty, backed by the implied warranty protections afforded to you under the Consumer Act of the Philippines. You will never receive a grey-market or uncertified unit from us.
What You Can Expect When You Order
- Free nationwide delivery. We ship to any address in the Philippines at no charge. Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
- Transparent pricing. All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) with 12% VAT already included. There are no hidden fees and no extra charges waiting for you at the door.
- Secure payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard through a 3-D Secure payment page. We do not store your card data at any point in the transaction.
- 60-day returns, no questions asked. If for any reason — including a simple change of mind — you wish to return your purchase within 60 days of delivery, we will arrange free pickup from your location. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the item.
- Defective-item protection. Should a unit arrive defective or develop a covered fault, you are entitled to free repair, replacement, or refund under the manufacturer's warranty and applicable Philippine consumer law.
